Axel was a DREAM to work with. After interviewing several realtors in the area and just not feeling like our voice was being heard, we met with Axel who had recently listed and quickly sold our next door neighbor's home. He was so professional and yet so personable that we felt like we had known him for years. Axel's experience level is phenomenal, but you can find a lot of great and experienced agents in town. What sold me on selecting Axel was how calming he was. I was listing our home while my husband was away on business and he would not be available to talk things through with me. Axel's calming presence and willingness to step into a role above and beyond what was required was so important to me. He was a sounding board for me as we talked through lots of different offers and was always able to get back to me quickly when I had questions. In this market, real estate agents are BUSY and have lots of clients. I told Axel from the beginning, "I don't need to be your only priority, I just need to be a priority." But he made me feel like I was his only client (although I know that he had MANY clients who he worked with at the same time as us). I am sure he makes everyone feel that way when he works with them. We sold our home quickly, for well over asking, and he took care of handling any and all bumps that came our way during the process. My only regret is not knowing Axel earlier in our time in Tennessee because he is now a friend for life after our real estate experience with him.

I honestly wish I could give him more stars- he was AMAZING! Axel is so great at his job, he is also so personable and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us and welcome us to Tennessee. When we flew in for our design meeting, Axel drove us all around Hendersonville for hours showing us everything. He even helped us find a rental to stay at when we had to move out before our house was built. Axel has easily become one of our friends, and we are so thankful for everything he did for us.
